Bastef S.r.l. informs not to be responsible for any damage or loss, direct and / or indirect, deriving from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the site, also for delayed and / or non delivery of the product, or for the correspondence of the goods to specifications published on the site, or for any other fact not directly attributable to it.
Technical information
The technical information entered on the site, are derived from the information published by the manufacturers of the goods included in the catalog. Bastef S.r.l. therefore reserves the right to modify / adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalog, based on what will be communicated by the producers, even without any prior notice.
Product Availability
In the product catalog published on the site, because the access and the possibility of forwarding an online order modify the availability of the product in real time, Bastef S.r.l. does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods.
Risk and Property
The goods are shipped in free port, insured with charge on the invoice; in the event that the goods were sent to the assigned port, upon indication of the Customer, the risk is to be considered to be borne by the Customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier from its warehouses. At the time of delivery of the goods, the Customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with that indicated in the accompanying document (DDT). In case of discrepancy, the same must be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed, within seven days by fax or registered letter a.r., to our sales representative. Even if the packaging is intact, the gear must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by fax or registered letter A.R .. Any report beyond the aforesaid terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the Customer assumes full responsibility for what has been declared.
Orders
Orders are accepted only and exclusively in writing, or by fax, or via the Internet (online). The Customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication confirming the order, or by e-mail (E-mail), indicating the relative order number; in the hypothesis that, after the order has been sent, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be considered as not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative or for product shortage.

All prices entered on the site are inclusive of VAT prices unless otherwise indicated. Prices can be changed at any time without prior notice.
